I created Breathe with Ellouise for women who are driven, successful, and often stretched thin. They are navigating a fast-paced life, doing everything β€œright,” but inside craving deeper meaning, more connection, and time to breathe. My journey began much like that.

Burnout and disconnection were constant companions, no matter how much I achieved or how full my schedule became. I was outwardly thriving but inwardly depleted. It wasn’t until I pausedβ€”and truly listened to my bodyβ€”that I began to uncover a different way of being.

Through yoga, breath-work, and somatic practices, I found a way to come back to myself. I learned to slow down without losing momentum, to soften without falling apart, and to hold space for both the joy and the grief that lived within me.

Whether you’re recovering from burnout, moving through grief, or simply longing to reconnect with your feminine energy, I’m here to guide you with compassion, creativity, and grounded presence.

Yoga

Sound Healing
